I had a data contract with Cell C for 4 years (24 months x 2) as I renewed the first contract in May 2018. I then spoke to Tshego or something like that(guy) on number 084143 selected option 2 and requested cancellation of my contract that was due to expire in end of May 2020.

After requesting cancellation Cell C kept loading data on my account monthly which I have not been using since my contract ended end of May 2020. They have been loading data monthly which I did not request and therefore refuse to pay. The bill is pilling up and I still refuse to pay for a contract I requested to be cancelled.

Cell C stop debiting my account, I cannot pay for an account I cancelled and clearly not using.

I was called by a rude agent with a private number and said he is from Cell c, he mentioned that I have not been paying my contract and I advised that the contract ended in May 2020 and I paid them fully as at contract end. I explained my frustration of being billed for months for a cancelled service. He rudely hung up and said we are going to list you we dont care.

I have never missed not even one payment since taking a contract in 2016.

Cell C sort this out and remove my bank details from your system for debit order.
