******** conduct - Cell C and C Surance

<p>I have cancelled my C surance with Cell C in November 2016, I have been debited for months following the cancellation. Eventually it was cancelled after many months of calling and requesting this. Email correspondence was also sent. In May 2017, C surance started debiting me again, I called Cell C advising them of this, i was told that they have nothing to do with C Surance and i need to sort it out myself. Cell C however takes instruction from C surance and is able to debit me month after month but claims there is no relatioinship between them and C Surance. To date i have not received a single refund and the debits haven’t stopped either. I call C surance daily but hold for almost an hour, and when i eventually speak to a consultant am told they do not have a policy for me. Cell C refuses to stop debiting me for this insurance. </p>
