******** Change of contract terms by Cell C
I signed a fixed term cell phone contract with Cell C for 24 months at a monthly premium of R129. Cell C however just went and changed my monthly premium to R139. What is the point of having a fixed contract if you just go and change the amount when it suits you? This in NOT what I signed up for - my contract states R129 and NOT R139. The economy is bad for all of us - you need to stick to your word and do what the rest of us normal people do - make do with what you got! Sies on you!!!

Please note that in terms of your Subscriber Agreement, Cell C has the option of changing any of the Charges from time to time, by means of publishing an amended Tariff Plan and by informing you in writing.
These Charges include applicable connection fee, Subscription Fee, Usage Charges, SIM Card Fee, Goods Fee and any other Charge relating to the provision of Cell C's Services to the customer in terms of the Agreement.
