******** billing without explination or even a invoice

After being faithful to Cell C for 7 eight years while experiencing ***** by means of several ******* sim swops, unauthorised content services billed on 2 of my 3 Cell C agreements without any refund, incorrect billing without a explanation or even a invoice I decided not to renew any services with Cell C.

All my agreements expired in September 2018 and I received my last and final 3 invoices from Cell C. I paid all three in full and send them the Proof of Payment.

My numbers were moved to pay as you go and after a while I started receiving threatening text messages from Cell C informing me that I owe them money and that they will take legal action.

I questioned this and they confirmed the amount in email. I asked them for a explanation on the additional amounts. I also asked them to send me a statement or invoice for the additional amount which Cell C ignored. Several of my mail request for a statement, invoice and explination were ignored by Cell C but they continue to send me threats by SMS.
