Unknown Subscriptions on my account

I have been billed with "Content Services" by Cell C for the last 4 months. I NEVER SUBSCRIBED TO THIS! I contacted them, they blocked this on my number, told me they will request the 3rd Company who is billing me via Cell C (MIRA) to refund. Since then I have been charged monthly various amounts, Cell C is just shrugging their should saying I must contact MIRA direct. I have a contract with Cell C, not Mira. Cell C can very well pay over money to them, without confirming with me the customer that I indeed did subscribe to this nonsense. I want my money back and would like to know how can this be allowed. CELL C HAS NOT AT ALL BEEN HELPFUL AND ONLY RESPONDED ONCE I STARTED GIVING THEM BAD REVIEWS!!!! I will cancel my contract with Cell C. Never again I will take out a contract with them.
