Unknown Subscriptions

My wife informed me that her airtime is just disappearing without any reason, after contacting Cell C (41min ) call, I was informed that a service called Mira is deducting money from the account. I ask them to give me proof that we agreed on this service where by they could not provide any evidence or details. <br> <br> Bafookeng said they will unsubscribe the number from this service and refund all the money they deducted. <br> I want to know how many other victims are out there, not knowing Mira is deducting money without any consent? <br> <br> Just received a message saying there is no active subscription on this number, but how did they deducted the money?
