Unknown new data contract

I have been having a good relationship with Cell C services. Until a representative called me with my contract coming to an end in July. She never mentioned that I am applying for a new contract ***) but made believe I am renewing the existing current contract ***). She never mentioned the number *** because I would have rejected it and tell her that I am keeping the current number ***. I am realising this now when a debit order is doubled and checked why am paying so much. I would like Cell C to cancel *** contract because I never agreed to it, even if I am using this number, it was under misleading information. I did receive a new SIM and am using but remember I did not know it's a different number. I would like to cancel the contract for *** and keep *** if Cell C allow. I cannot pay for two contracts that give me the same service, that's poor financial decision. Cell C knows I have been having this contract for years. I rated it 5 stars because their service has been good all these years. Only their representative who misled me for entering into a new contract.
