Unknown Fees
good morning
i was debited R179.99 while i pay R103.99 P/M and i was told that R70 its for penalties of failed debit order - i dont know which debit order i they referring to as last month i paid this stupid network -i have been a client with Cell C now about 4 years and this is the treatment i get i have reversed that payment and stopped Cell c to debit me -i will pay cash and pay the amount that i know i need a copy of the conversation where i accepted that i will pay R70 more if the debit order failed again i dont understand as i had funds in my account am not happy with your callcentre managers they are stupid and not giving solutions i was going to upgrade but i will rather stick to my MTN

As per the terms and conditions, it states that we are entitled to charge you an administration fee if any debit order or form of payment is returned unpaid. The debit order return fee is also stated on your monthly invoice.
We have requested one of our team members to contact and provide clarity regarding this matter.
