unknown debit

In 2015 July I took a 24 months contract with Cell C which I was paying R168.99, on the 08/05/2017 I spoked to Mikateko Blessing Vukeya who wanted to know if I want to renew my contract since it’s going to expire soon I told her that I am not interested, she then told me about Smartdata 500MG Top up, I was interested agreed to the contract she send me contract which I forgot to sign and send it back to Cell C, On the 20 August I was debited R89.00 and again on the 20 September, on the 03 October I called Cell C retention just before 5h00 I spoked to the guy by the name of Thabo who then told me that I have 2 account with Cell C which I didn’t know about, he also told me that I agreed to some benefit when I took the contract in 2015 which I also didn’t know about, no one told me that when my contract expire I will still have some sort of benefit which will cost me R89 Couse if I knew about it I was going to decline the offer, now they refusing to cancel whatever contract that they saying I have with the Cell C I am expected to pay R179.98 or they will mess up my credit . I am so gartvol with Cell C,i will not recommend to anyone.
