Unknown charges on contracts
I am having the worst service with cell c, started using their contract in March and none of these months have they not deducted, in July they took 1090 from my account instead of monthly fee of 400, I tried to follow up for a refund since the 22nd of July till today nothing happened, now I’m getting a statement that they will deduct 680 from my account in August which is still not my monthly instalment…
