unknown amount debitted

its been almost a month now and no feedback about an amount debited from my account send in an complaint about it and everytime i phone i must hold on for 10 minutes... <br> <br> i want to kow whats going on as i have sent proof that it has been debbited from my account<br> <br> reference number is ***<br> <br> as if i dont get feedback at end of month im gonna stop my debit order... and cell c breaked the contract of debit amount from my account that i dont know of...<br>
