Unknown account 4th time complain

I'm still struggling with an account that I don't know they said they sort it out and sent me the latter telling me I'm clear in credit bearue but now like yesterday credit bearue company phone me regarding to the same problem that I'm fighting for that company is vvm. I'm very very angry with cell c because on Tuesday i went to cell c shop they said to me it's been sorted
