Unknown account

I wrote a review regarding an account with Cell C that I don't know about which is messing up my credit scoring. A consultant from Cell C then called me and requested that I send them an affidavit and a copy of my ID for them to sort out my problem. I sent the required documents last week but still until today I haven't heard from them. I need Cell C to sort this out.
