Unknow Debits on a Closed account.

Cell C when are you going to sort out and account you want me to pay outstanding amounts on after account was closed in Dec 2021. You keep calling me and telling me that you don't know where the amounts are coming from and who sets up those debit orders.

Does your system not have audit logs? This is unacceptable, honestly.

The fact that you are sending threats via email to block or blacklist devices that were associated to this account.

You have random debit dates month to month.
