Unjustifyable charge

I recently opened up a new contract with Cell C. Since inception i have always paid my contract by cash at a store through Paypal and never had a debit order, i have always paid this at Pick n Pay and the store knows i always take my receipts there. Last month i was billed R70 onto my account for a rejected debit order. <br> I go to the store and i tell them i refuse to pay this as I have always paid cash. The attendant says that it will make my profile at credit bureau bad.<br> I still refuse to pay this R70 and if no 1 can help me at the store were can i report this.<br> <br> Regards,<br> Nci Tshiki
