Unjustified enrichment by cell c
I have cancelled my contract with cell c in January 2019 after my contract expired in November 2019. I am still being billed and I went to various cell c stores to cancel again and they say they cant help with cancellations in store. I have been given phone numbers that are not going through. I still dont understand why the contract signing is done in store while the cancellation cannot be done in the same store that I took it or at least be assisted with reference numbers. I want this contract to be terminated with immediate effect and my number be given back to me on a pre paid.
