Unjustified Charges
So I cancel the my Cell C contract after it ended. I was told my contract will terminate on the 2nd of July 2020. In the first of July, 10 gigabyte day and 10 gigabyte night were loaded. I couldn't even use 1.5 gigabyte on the 1st but by the 2nd, my sim was disconnected. Today, the 6th of July, I've received the bill but its for the 10 gigabyte which I couldn't even use. Please tell me whats the charge for?

Referring to the subscriber agreement terms and conditions which states; On cancellation of your agreement for any reason, any unused Inclusive Benefits will be forfeited and you will have no claim against Cell C in respect of such unused Inclusive Benefits. It is your responsibility to ensure that any unused Inclusive Benefits are used up prior to cancellation.
Please wait for your August invoice which might have a disconnection credit.
