UNJUST, IMMORAL AND PATHETIC

After having been handed over to attorneys some 4 - 6 weeks ago and after much trouble, Thandiwe kindly assisted me, apologised and sent me a letter stating that my account has been paid up and closed. Blow me down if about 2 seeks later I don't receive an sms stating my account is in arrears. I sent an e-mail to Thandiwe - no response. This reoccurred some 2 weeks later, same story. Today I get an sms stating I have been handed over to NDS for collection. HUGH. I try calling Thandiwe but after 3/4 of an hour give up. Nobody answers the phone and at cell rates.<br> <br> CELL C YOU ARE THE WORST. I EXPECT RESOLUTION IMMEDIATELY.<br> <br> NO WONDER YOUR REPUTATION IS WHAT IT IS.
