unimpressed customer

Cell C has been the worst to deal with. I took a contract phone with them in 2013 August and ever since then they've been taking more money than they are supposed to everymonth from my account. I phoned two months later which was around November 2013 to enquire about this and I was told that an agent will phone me back to discuss the matter with me and no one ever did. I went to Cell C in Westgate to get some assistance and the guy who assisted me was very ride and told me that on their system it doesn't show that they are over charging me and that there's nothing he can do for me. I phoned their call centre again three weeks ago to have this matter rectified and for all the extra money they've been charging me to be refunded back into my account and I was still told that someone will phone me back and that I will be refunded. I phoned a couple of times and till this day no one from Cell C has phoned me back. This is very unprofessional and very much unacceptable as we are paying clients and expect proper service. They are yoo quick to phone you and threaten you should you miss payments but when they have to pay customers back is a problem. I'm very much disgusted with the service.
