unilaterally increase contract costs
we signed a 24 month contract with cellc.<br> <br> they have unilaterally increased the monthly payments. according to them its from an amendment they made to the terms and conditions in december<br> <br> poor signal quality in major areas (as acknowledged by them), and now increase payments without notification

Please note that in terms of your Subscriber Agreement, Cell C has the option of changing any of the Charges from time to time, by means of publishing an amended Tariff Plan and by informing you in writing.
Please note that Cell C made an effort to notify customers of the price changes via SMS, pop up messages on data devices, monthly invoices and on the Cell C website.
One of the consultants in the escalations team will contact you and assist.
