Unilateral price increase of a \fixed"contract"""
I have just received my February billing to find that the contract cost was increased by R10 without my consent. I phoned the call centre and I was told that it's in the terms and conditions that cell c may amend their pricing at any time? I've looked at similar complaints on Hello Peter and seen that the response is \we notified you". I don't particularly care whether I was notified or not - a unilateral price increase is bad service and not what was sold to me when I"

Please note that in terms of your Subscriber Agreement, Cell C has the option of changing any of the Charges from time to time, by means of publishing an amended Tariff Plan and by informing you in writing.
These Charges include applicable connection fee, Subscription Fee, Usage Charges, SIM Card Fee, Goods Fee and any other Charge relating to the provision of Cell C's Services to the customer in terms of the Agreement.
