my phone broke yesterday to a point that it will not come on. I had to replace the phone today and had to do a sim swap from a micro to a nano sim. I called cell c to assist and was asked for the last 5 numbers dialed. I could not remember those 5 numbers as I use my phone for business and make many calls however after explaining this to cell c they simply say. well we cant help you. then they ask what number do I dial almost everyday. after giving my girlfriends number I am told I am incorrect. its a simple well we cant help you. so now I am stuck because I am unable to use my old sim card on my new phone and have received no help with this.
