Why does it seem like nothing from Cell C works properly. Their online FAQs are outdated. Their automated voice system doesn't work correctly when you call the helpline. If you try calling the helpline from a Cell C sim card with no air time, it tells you that the number doesn't exist.

Today, I tried performing a sim swap for a contract sim. I had to call in three times cause cell c won't even call you back when the line cuts.

In each of the three instances, Cell C tried sending me an OTP. The OTP took roughly ten minutes to come in and by the time I could tell Cell C, the OTP had expired and my airtime had run out.

In the end, I was told that I had three chances so I could no longer perform the sim swap online. And it isn't even my fault. Now on top of the airtime I wasted, I have to pay for petrol to get to a Cell C store.
