Unhelpful consultant

I have just bought a "shout-out" bundle for my school going son. It was accidently loaded onto the wrong cellphone number by myself. I asked for assistance at the Cell C shop to correct this. The consultant was totally uncaring & unhelpful. He just said "Im sorry Ma'am you will just have to buy another bundle". Both the numbers belong to my son - you can see that the bundle has not been used. Surely the fact that both numbers are rica'd under my name (which can also be seen by the consultant) should add credence to my story. The consultant seemed more interested in carrying on his conversation on his personal phone than assisting me. This is not fair & money does not grow on trees, especially for a single mom this time of the month
