Unhelpful cell c

I got a Huawei phone teusday. They called me wensday to as how is the phone. I rep**** is good thus far. So i travel alot so i need apps and maps. And do you think this phone has maps. No can i use my business apps. NO. Because it doesnt work without google app. I phoned customer service they tell me to cancel or get extra lines. Now. If i get extra lines i would then have 5 lines and if i cancel i have to replace all my business cards and pay courier fees and billing used. So i just need i phone that works properly but they wont replace. What should i do now. I am very disappointed in cell c that they cant help.
