Unhelpful and rather useless

<p>My account is under my fathers name. After a miscommunication with payment I got a message notifiying me that the service would be cut off if the balance was not paid. The balance was paid, and I was assured the service wouldn't be cut off. Of course it was cut off anyway. I phoned the customer service department asking them to reinstate my wrongly cut off service. They refused on the grounds that they need to talk to the account holder. I cannot continuously get my father to phone cell c and waste his time because they messed up with their service. Totally ridiculous. It's always fun to pay a premium price for base level service.</p>
