Unhelpful and greedy

My experience is bad worst of the worst. I lost my job and still searching, so i emailed cell c to advise them of my situation. I advised them i lost my job and dont have any other income exept uif which pays my rent and my petrol for the month thats all it covers. They simply advise me there is nothing they can do so i must pay.

They dont even consider wow this guy is jobless and cant pay rather let him go but NO we want money otherwise we wont stay rich while you suffer. And then they will harras me and state we will suspend even though i am already suspended. My wife pays our medical aid and the food. Already that does not include monthly products like spray and toilet paper and so forth. I dont have a rich family so where must i get the money.

I asked cell c to please let me know how i mist pay if i dont have money.

Please dont go to cell c for a contract as they will just want money. Go to Telkom my brother lost his job few years back and they canceled his contract and gave him off of the amount he owed them.

Wish i never left telkom for cell c i thought they were the best thats whyvi did id
