UNHELPFUL

I have 3 contracts with Cell c and two of the lines have been handed over to legal and my CURRENT and ACTIVE line is paid every single month. The phone is now due for upgrade and Cell c called me a few days before that to offer me an upgrade. i was not sure which phone i wanted at the time so i said i would call back or they could call me back in a day or two. when i decided on the phone i called back and was then told i cannot upgrade because there is a credit control problem on my account. i know the two accounts are closed and not active but why call me and offer an upgrade and then turn around and tell me i can't get an upgrade. I am entilted to an upgrade on the active line i am paying for every month. their consultants are useless i asked 3 different people to speak to a manager, they refused told me the manager is gone home or there is no senior person available (this is before 5pm). so if Cell c does not want to upgrade my current and active line after giving me the run around like an idiot i might as well not recommend them anymore and rather change to a better service provider. i have logged this query with cell c last week Tuesday i got an sms to say someone will call me
