Unhapy Cell C client

i have been a cell c customer since 2012 on which i had about 6 devices with them, in 2017 i took a contract with insurance cover. In 2019 June/Julyi took my phone just swiched off and did not work anymore i took it for repairs then they told me that i missed one payment so they wont fix my phone.

Because i could see that they are not as faithful as they claim they are , i reversed that months debit., the decided to close my line without even contacting me.

i kept on reversing the debits as i could not phone them because my line was blocked thats when they handed me to the lawyers who are harassing me with the whole amount for the insurance, the munites and the device that they refused to pay for its repairs and when i tell the lawyers they telling me that i should phone the insurance company to cancel their amount on the full amount

my issue is that i am not refusing to pay cell c but i want my insurance money on (which they failed to fix the phone) back for all those almost 2 years, and they should also remove the minutes amount that they are charging and only charge me for the devise that no longer works. kindly assist
