Unhappy with the service of menlyn managers

Unhappy with the service I have received. Ive been going back and forth to sort out a phone which I got on promotion which by the way has been discontinued. It's been giving me problems sent in for repair it got back and manager says he is not getting involved I need to speak to cell c direct, cell c direct keep sending me back to menlyn frankly no one knows what they doing. I feel I need a better phone I don't want this phone and nobody seems to be able to assist me. It's been the worst service so far. Menlyn never answers their phones managers are not helpful at all and there is no client satisfaction the only person I can say who helped is Nadine at menlyn but as soon as she asks for help managers complain she needs to figure it out. I need a phone as the one that was giving is faulty
