Unhappy with the service of cell c

I made a claim on the 20th of June till today cell c is making a run around with regard to my claim hollard approved and paid for my claim a month ago I was told if I must go to their store where I booked my phone to find our what is the delay for them not fixing my phone and that if I don't get ant feedback within fourteen days I must make a follow up to my surprise today I just find out that they cannot fix my phone I must pay an additional fee in order to get a new phone cell c has never communicated with me the only time they respond to my pleas it's only if I make a review with their services on hello peter I'm so glad my contract is finished with them I will gladly go other cellphone companies that prioritize their customers than cell c
