Unhappy with the move to Glocell

To whom it may concern. (i pray this gets to the CEO)<br> <br> I have been unfortunate with regard to the Autopage closure. I was under the impression that all contracts were to move to the Network provider. But subsequently received an sms (5 March), with a link to a Notice of Cession.<br> This stated Cell C has ceeded my contract to Glocell.<br> After having reviewed Glocell specials, for my upgrade (2 lines), i notice that for similar cellphones, there is an extremely huge difference between packaging options as well as, Glocell being way more expensive to take out or upgrade my contract. <br> <br> I have been a loyal Cell C user for many years. <br> <br> I DO NOT want to be serviced by Glocell, i prefer to be serviced directly from Cell C. <br> Further to this, if i want to move from Glocell to Cell C, i need to serve a notice period of a calendar month. This is absolute nonsense. This should not be the case, i should be allowed to move immediately across. <br> <br> i look froward to you response. Please treat as urgent.
