Unhappy with service
I would like to dispute the outstanding amount showing on account stated by Cell C ***-1 R 893.00
As far as I’m aware , this was a month on month contract and I advised the consultant to close off my account in September 2021 because I wasn’t working and I was not using the data.
As a consumer I have a right to clean credit score and dispute if I’m not happy with the service provider.
Cell C is ripping us off, this is not the first time they doing this. I want my name to be taken off from bad debt and my status to be updated.
