Unhappy with cellc

You the know the stress , frustration and treatment you receive when you cancel cellc contract, my contract expired weeks back in March 2024 however I send email inquiry 06/11/2023 as to when does the contract expire as am not renewing - auto- reply Ref ***0… again reminder email for 30 days’ notice that please terminate my contract in January 2024 ref ***… No responses to all email, now after contract agreement expired cellc is now forcefully forcing me to continue , Cellc only tried to make contact on the 11hour with no responses as I was on leave however I return calls when I came back . 2 rude ladies assist me for nothing as we disagree they told me i should have not bothered sending countless emails but call cellc, i told them my email server as proof of contact termination ,today I've got a call from Cellc informing me that is cellc rules contract extended to April 2024 without my concern? will never ever recommend my family or friends anymore to Cellc contract is mountain of hell to cancel , so done with cellc contract
