On June 21st, I complained about a rude consultant. Shortly after, another consultant called me to offer a service, but they **** to me. Cell C later asked for the opportunity to rectify their mistake after the emotional turmoil I had gone through. Later that day, I was informed that my number would be removed after I lodged a complaint with the Information Regulator.
On June 25th, I missed a call from the number 084 145, and on the 26th, I received another call from a person named Luyanda offering me a contract. I confronted Cell C, asking where they got my number and why they keep contacting me, especially after assuring me that my number had been removed. I have reported this and will follow up, as I feel harassed by their continued contact.
