Unhappy no even client

cell c must have the worse customer services department in the world. I've had to hold for over 40 minutes and still couldn't get through to the department i need. Been informed that i have unsettled debt with cellc and its impossible to get hold of the department to assist with this issue. Sent numerous emails and still no joy. Absolutely unacceptable service.
