UNHAPPY MISLED CLIENT!!!

I called cell c asking about BB10 options,Veronica(1st consultant) told me I could get 1G of data from a R39 plan but with no email(thatd would be the difference between the R57 and R39 which was incorrect as I only received 500MB! I called again to confirm and was told by Tumie the same thing at 1st and later admitted he had also made a mistake! I called again yo complain as I do not see why I was the wrong side, I expected 1G,spoke to a supervisor by the name of Mabatho Mkhize who said they could not do anything as I was the one who loaded the BB10,line got cut and she did not call me back! I called again and got hold of a consultant who said her supervisor would listen to the call and get back to me within the hour. It's been hours and I have not heard from anyone,im Dissapointed as i have been with cellc for almost 10 years now and this is the service I am getting.....
