Cell C Direct the worst customer service. I specifically explained to the person taking my order that I work from 7h00 to 18h00 and my work address is the easiest place to deliver as I work Monday to Friday. I explained in detail what my work address is. Guess what still no where near delivery after being told yesterday delivery would be today latest this Friday. Called today order not even dispatched for delivery and guess what home address is delivery address. What does it help to Teel a person something and they don't follow customer request and why lie about the delivery just tell it will take a month.

Listened to a program on RSG last night person being interviewed said cell c has the worst customer service I now see why.
