Unhappy customer

To say I'm I am angry will be an understatement I have been with cell c since 2016 never have I ever been this annoyed with them I'm even regretting why I upgraded one my contract but I was desperate for a phone because I cannot stay without a phone number one I have made applications I'm waiting for a very important call this week but I feel like I have missed it or I'm going to miss it this is supposed to be a good opportunity that might change my life but cell c is making my life very difficult I called to make a sim swipe but for some reason it didn't go through I have called spoke to no so helpful stuff until one advisor who did help me out but the sim swap still never went through so tomorrow it day 3 working day of me not having my number I am so angry I feel like returning these phones I took and just pay off my remaining contract and just cut them loose because what I'm feeling right now is really not on I need this number.
