Unhappy customer

My phone was booked in with cell c repairs on the 20th of June 2023 two weeks ago hollard confirmation my clai was approved and I paid the access fee as they requested to my surprise today when I called cell c to find out when am I getting my phone back I was told by neliswa from repairs that hollard didn't pay the claim I don't know how long will I be playing this game with cell c I'm not happy at all
