Unhappy customer

im very disappointed in the bad attitude form the coloured lady at your cell c the bridge Greenacres store in port elizabeth the staff has a horrible attitude i did buy a cover at the store and a little pice did come lose so I returned it form the minute I get to the store its attitude im not allowed in the store have to stand by the door and 2ndly she don't talk in a manner that made me feel welcome she didnt even have money for a refunded when I asked for a exchange she rudely says if it happens again they won't take it back again and I just didn't feel welcome i won't shop at cell c again please send your staff for training to be nice to the customers befits because of us they get a pay check i wil never do business with cell c again im staying with vodcom very unhappy and disappointed
