Unhappy customer

I upgraded my contract early February/March but got the phone very late, then I logged a call with them because the phone would freeze and the top part of the screen where it shows the time and battery it will flick , they promise to collect the phone till today nothing 2 weeks back I did a follow they promise to call me back after investigating why it was not collected no phone call till now, but every1 month they are deducting
