Unhappy customer

As a loyal customer of Cell C provider I have come to terms as this company cooperates with their customers when they feel like it because during the pandemic i suffered from the loss of employment and tried to ask for relief which they failed to provide but with all i had i managed to keep my records clean with the provider once I was done paying my contract i politely requested they cancel my contract with them as i was now unemployment and have no source of income but yet again were they bothered they continued with the contract and continued providing me with their benefits which i didn't give consent too and after 6 months of requesting for cancelation they decided to block my number because i can not pay up for the benefits that i refused ti pay for, i requested for all the recorded they still couldn't provide now i can not access calls because of my record that i tried to avoid... And with an unresolved case number from Cell C months later case number ***
