Unhappy customer
Please can someone give me a call, my partner received a call from these people *** claiming that we are being handed over to legal but the account was credited and is closed from the last email I received from you and this number doesn’t even exist when we call it back!!!
I am really getting tired of this now cell I think it’s best I go to the Ombudsman because you leaking our information incorrectly and to the wrong hands!

Case numbers on your systems be sure to know my lawyer is good and ready based on your response to my email coz we’ve been played like fools by you guys when we got a credited statement.
