Unhappy customer 😑 😒 😪

I am not happy about Cell C service. I have a contract with them for over 10 years. Cell C expects me to pay them every 2nd if not 3rd dat of the week. I paid them R605.39 on Monday and this morning I received a debit order request of R535.90. A consultant called me to offer me a contract phone yesterday and they did a credit vetting, now all of a sudden I am expected to pay my contract almost every day. I accept that my contract us a little behind and when I ask them that am getting paid on the 25th they tell me that it's their system sending through these requests. I believe that the system was created by a man and can be fixed by a man. Can CellC stop harassing me with these request and do what I asked them to do to send through these debit order requests on my pay date as they are causing me unnecessary payments of interests to my bank due to unsuccessful collections.
