Unhappy customer

Good Morning

I have been a loyal customer for almost 7 years But i dont like how they are treating me,on the 6 of August my account was debited but i kept on getting sms that says my account is overdue ,when i call i was advised to sent proof of payment but i never got any feed back from cell c ,i wanted to upgrade since i qualify but they wont be a need because i feel like i have been ****** daylight,each and every time i call all the consultant are telling me different stories,the last person i spoke with told me that my account is up to date.
