Bad Customer Service

I had a complaint of which i received a call last month that they will call me with the outcome.

No one has called back instead I received a SMS from Cell to rate the level of service.

I have just checked my credit report and it still reflects on the report the credit check that was done without my concern.

A lady that called me last month advised this will be resolved when the new month starts as this can not be removed on my name mid month. Till today no one has called me back to advise what has been done and how have they dealt with the agent that called me and did this.

I am very angry at this company and I don't wish to continue with them.
