Unhappy Contract Holder.
Went in to Cell C Rosebank to upgrade my contract. Only to be told sorry sir you have been listed at the credit bureau and your contract can't be renewed.
Been a loyal customer for more than 6 years, never missed a payment on my contract. But this is the thank you that you get. Think I'll be switching service provider soon.

Seeing as you are not willing to help a loyal customer with more than 6 years of payment to Cell C. Thanx for your response. If my business is worth that much to you i am deeply disappointed!

05 Sept 2022, 20:07Seems to me that Cell C has double standards when phoning 143 it clearly states that your account should be paid up to date and you should not have defaulted on your payments. There is absolutely no mention of being under debt Review! My account is paid up to date!
