Unhappy client

Good day Ref SPI*** OTP 513 771 yesterday I app**** for a contract phone Hauwai P Smart I was assisted buy N Foxi shen then she told me that the phone am looking for its not available. She gave me some few options. I later on decided that I want to cancel the application I communicated with her she told me to call 084 145 option 2 I did that they told me my application its in a process of being cancelled. However today I receive an SMS saying courier is on the way to deliver the cell phone. I made it clear yesterday that I want that application to be cancelled am not going to pay for any delivery charges because I have cancelled the application...
