Unhappy client

I am absolutely annoyed and frankly feel angered by CELL C and their consultants.

I have a contract sim card with cellc that I religiously pay on time.

I have unfortunately had my phone ****** so I want to do sim swap so that I dont pay for data and airtime that i dont have access to.

The sim swop process has been nothibg short of horrific. I have spoken to 4 consultants each asking me questions about my morgage, my credit limits and other banking information this on top of being verified using my identification and demographics.

At the end they say the answers are incorrect - not clear which one and that I should call again. Until eventuality it has blocked me till tomorrow.

All this after going to the branch where they told me to pay R160 on top of the amount I pay each month.

The consultants are not clear - the process is questionable and Cell c id treating me like I do not pay each and every month without fail.

Of a of the contracts and service Inhave experienced with other service providers - Cell C is the absolute worst. Nearly impossible!!!

I need this sim swop done so that my son can contact me from school - this is not a joke, like these consultants seem to think it is. They have ask me personally and confusing question. Today i called spoken to 3 of your agents,after failing 4 times what will make morrow or go should go to the C cell store. *** Nontembiso Setime
